  FAQ

Question: You've changed or updated a graphic set that I have purchased before. Do I have to buy it again?

Answer: Nope! If I've updated a set that you've previously purchased, all you need to do is send me your order number, and tell me where you bought it: here, Etsy or Mygrafico and I will send you the new upgrade for free!

Question: When I order a custom graphic from you, do I get a do-over if I don't like it the first time? How many times will you re-do the graphic before I need to pay more?

Answer: Yes, you do get a "do-over" at least 3. I do want you to be happy with the graphics you purchase; however, with the help of examples (what you're looking for as well as the style you're looking for) helps reduce the number of do-overs dramatically.

Question: If you make me a graphic and I have you redo it, what happens to the first or second graphic you made me? I purchased an exclusive set.

Answer: The graphics that you did not like will be either used for a different purpose or placed in the clipart categories for others to purchase.

Question: Can I use my new graphic set to make Blank Invitations, Printables or Scrapbook Kits to sell to my customers?

Answer: No. This is a digital download and is not congruent with the Terms of Use.

Question: Can I digitalize the clipart for embroidery or die cuts?

Answer: YES. This use is fine as long as you do not offer the digitalized clipart as a download. Your item must be tangible.

Question: How do you access the clipart from the zipped folder or unzip the file after I download it?

Answer: After you save your file to your computer, you will need to extract the clipart from the zipped file before you can use it. RIGHT-CLICK on the zipped folder and then click Extract.  I also recommend the software: WinZip for extracting files. If using WinZip: Right click on your folder, go to: WinZip: then Extract to here or the file that you're currently in. WinZip makes it easy.

Question: What software or programs can I use my clipart in? Can I use it in Micosoft Office?

Answer: All my clipart comes in JPG and PNG forms. As long as your software can open an image file, it will be able to open the clipart. Not all programs will support the transparency of a PNG file. Paint for example, does not support PNG transparency. It will open a JPG though. Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Publisher WILL support both JPG and PNG files.
