No right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to you, whether as a result of downloading such Content or otherwise. JD DIGI DESIGNS / JW ILLUSTRATIONS reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content. Except as expressly authorized by this Agreement, you may not use, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from any Content obtained from the Site or the Service, except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Use.
JD DIGI DESIGNS / JW ILLUSTRATIONS reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the Content and Downloadable’s following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified.

Freebies: None of the JD DIGI DESIGNS / JW ILLUSTRATIONS freebies posted on JDDIGIDESIGNS.COM / JESSICAWEIBLE.COM is for commercial use. Freebies are for personal use only.
LICENSE INFORMATION:
All items besides freebies can be used for commercial purposes ONLY IF you give credit to Jessica Weible and/or JD DIGI DESIGNS / JW ILLUSTRATIONS. A copyright credit such as Copyright © Jessica Weible or ©2010 JD Digi Designs. This credit info/link MUST BE placed where ever the art is used. This means it must placed next to the art itself. If you do not wish to do this you MUST purchase a commercial license fee of $20 per Graphic Collection $5 per Clipart Single, then no credit is needed.
NON-profit: Credit is not required for non-profit use, but it is greatly appreciated.
LIMITATIONS:
1. Neither of license purchases gives you copyrights. ALL COPYRIGHTS REMAIN WITH JESSICA WEIBLE.
2. You cannot sell any JD DIGI DESIGNS / JW ILLUSTRATIONS products as is (AS SET, TEMPLATE, AS PART OF A CATALOG.) The art is NOT allowed for RESALE.
3. Graphics may NOT be altered, change of basic shape and form is NOT allowed. Re-Coloring of graphics is ok as long as you have the EPS file. Graphics cannot be claimed as your own.
4. Graphics are not to be used for Digital Products you intend to resale, such as:
• Blank (or not) Invitations and Stationary TEMPLATES to be sold to third parties in 300 dpi, JPG or PDF files
•Collage sheets to be sold in high quality JPGs or PDFs
•Craft-type projects such as Bag Toppers, Calendars, Games, Bookmarks and such that you intend to Sell as a downloadable high quality PDF or JPG.
**NOTE: Creation of these products to sell if YOU are the one printing is FINE. You are not allowed to sell these items as a download.
REFUNDS:
Due to the digital nature of ITEMS, there are NO REFUNDS on items delivered electronically.
DISCOUNTS:
JD DIGI DESIGNS / JW ILLUSTRATIONS reserves the right to modify discounts at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified.
